Laurine is a biostatistician who graduated from University Claude Bernard Lyon 1 (France) in 2018 with a MSc in Biostatistics. Before her Master’s, she completed a BSc in Biology with a focus on Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, and Genetics. During her Master’s, Laurine completed a semester-long internship at the Hospices Civils de Lyon where the objective was to develop a method to compare two diagnostic tests.

As someone who enjoys programming and to extend her skillset, Laurine joined a quarter-long .NET Full stack training course after obtaining her Master’s degree. During this course she learned the bases of .NET Framework programming and rekindled her love of web development.

Laurine has experience with different types of statistical analyses, statistical programming using statistical software such as SAS and R, and report writing. As a statistician at Modus Outcomes, Laurine contributes to statistical analyses, statistical analysis plan writing, and report writing of quantitative-oriented projects. She is a SAS certified base programmer.
