Jessica Mills
Jess is a graduate of The University of Auckland, New Zealand where she received her BA in Psychology and Philosophy in 2014.
Following graduation, Jess moved to the UK and worked as a Research Assistant in Clinical Neurology and Health Measurement for the University of Plymouth, where she was involved in the conceptualization, development and evaluation of patient-reported outcome (PRO) measures in neurological conditions.
During this time she developed a wide range of skills in mixed methods research and scale development, from study conception through to completion, including literature reviews, qualitative interviewing, qualitative/quantitative data collection and analysis and report writing.
Since joining Modus Outcomes Jess has been further developing her skills in quantitative methods including Rasch Measurement Theory psychometric analysis.
