Jess is a graduate of The University of Auckland, New Zealand where she received her BA in Psychology and Philosophy in 2014.
Jess has experience in qualitative research methods including conducting patient interviews and focus groups, coding and analysis, and conceptual framework development. Jess conducts literature reviews and has experience in quantitative data collection, entry and analysis.
Before joining Modus Outcomes, Jess spent three years working as a Research Assistant in Clinical Neurology and Health Measurement for the University of Plymouth, where she was involved in the conceptualisation, development and testing of patient-reported outcome (PRO) measures in stroke and multiple sclerosis. In this role, she developed good patient communication skills alongside qualitative and quantitative research skills.
