Charlotte completed her MSc in Cognitive Development and Disorders at the University of Leeds. Her dissertation focused on measuring accelerated long term forgetting in patients with epilepsy. Charlotte is also a first class BSc graduate from Leeds Beckett University where her research explored the relationship between interoceptive sensitivity and emotional wellbeing. Charlotte has experience in conducting systematic reviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as evaluating complex and educational interventions. Throughout university, Charlotte volunteered in mental health charities delivering cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies to children and acted as a wellbeing caller for adults.
